Kobold Press has put out two massive monster books during Fifth Edition’s five year run and is currently in the process of Kickstarting a third. There’s one company that’s consistently provided challenging beasts to battle during the lifespan of Fifth Edition. Dungeom Masters can always use new monsters.
Every official new book has monsters included to help convey the flavor of new settings or to highlight new mechanics to use. One of the three core books is devoted to creatures and other adversaries for players to face. Monsters are vital to Dungeons & Dragons.
